Zero Waste Estonia SA, formerly known as Let’s Do It Foundation (LDIF), empowers organisations and individuals to thrive in their efforts toward sustainability. Established in 2011 to support the global civic movement for nationwide cleanups, they have since mobilised 36 million people across 169 countries. With a mission to unite communities, raise awareness, and drive meaningful change, they continue working toward a waste-free world.
Zero Waste Estonia plays a crucial role in implementing CARE’s circular living pilots in Estonia, focusing on sustainable food and clothing practices. Partnering closely with Lääne-Harju Municipality, ZWEE leads household recruitment, community engagement, and the co-design of advisory services to create sustainable solutions. The organisation also collaborates with local businesses and stakeholders to develop practical strategies for reducing food and textile waste. As part of WP3 (Circular Food Pilots) and WP4 (Circular Clothing Pilots), ZWEE contributes significantly to designing and evaluating interventions that drive real impact.
The dedicated team at Zero Waste Estonia is passionate about creating practical solutions for waste reduction and empowering households to adopt circular lifestyles.
