IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute is an international independent research institute specialising in the environment and sustainability. At IVL, they work with applied research and consultancy assignments that help to fulfill both the global sustainability goals and the Swedish environmental goals. IVL has scientific expertise in engineering and environmental science, as well as experienced behavioural scientists, economists and social scientists.
IVL’s role in the project is to contribute to the literature review (WP1), develop and co-create the local advisory services for the pilots (WP2) and, together with Lund University, recruit households and implement the pilot studies in Sweden (WP3 and WP4).
The IVL team brings extensive expertise in environmental research, circular economy and sustainable solutions, providing valuable insights to CARE’s research and implementation efforts.
