The Department of Service Studies, Consumption, Marketing & Retail at Lund University specialises in sustainable consumption and circular practices. As the leader of WP3, the University develops and tests innovative pilots to reduce food waste, combining research on consumption behaviour with practical interventions to promote sustainable household practices. Through its expertise, Lund University integrates systemic solutions for a circular economy into the CARE project.
